We know that a lot of our members view content online through their mobile phone and other handheld devices. That’s why we’ve made improvements to the website to ensure you get the same experience no matter what device you’re using. You can find information about your pension with fewer clicks thanks to the new mobile-friendly layout.
Providing you with the tools you need
The Fund website provides you with the information you need to understand how your pension works, but your pensions journey doesn’t stop there. The Member Portal provides you with secure online access to your pension record. You can manage and update your details online instantly, saving on time and allowing you to keep track of your benefits in the Fund.
We’ve updated the information on the Fund website, giving you useful prompts to let you know when you can log on to the Portal to help you with taking control of your pension (such as updating your expression of wish which tells us who you would like to receive any benefits payable when you die).
